Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to work with teams and customers in person.

Salary: $115,200–$216,000 annual base salary depending on US geographic pay tier, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Define product vision and direction for an AI agentic platform and products in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Design intuitive experiences for developers, enterprise security leaders, and other varied audiences while balancing power, privacy, control, and speed.
• Create coherent experiences across command-line tools, web and console interfaces, collaboration spaces, onboarding, and documentation.
• Design and prototype in code, collaborating with engineers early to account for technical constraints.
• Build and evolve visual design systems, reusable patterns, and design principles across the product family.
• Conduct research, analyze product analytics, and create data visualizations that clarify complex information.

Requirements

• Approximately 6+ years of experience designing interfaces for complex technical domains such as developer tools, enterprise, security, infrastructure, or AI.
• Strong working knowledge of AI and agentic products and systems.
• Fluency with Figma, AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping in code, and collaboration with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, and other user research methods.
• Experience working in early-stage, fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-autonomy environments.
• Strong verbal communication and product judgment for explaining design concepts to multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing developer tools, command-line experiences, or open-source products.
• Familiarity with machine learning workflows or agentic frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
