Senior Account & Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-channel creative and production projects from scoping through delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations and maintaining trusted partnerships.
• Build project plans that integrate traditional and AI-powered workflows, identifying and mitigating risks early.
• Coordinate creative, strategy, AI production, freelancers, and external production partners.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier negotiations.
• Oversee quality control, scope and approvals while reporting on performance, resources, and budget health.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering complex integrated creative and production projects across multiple channels and formats.
• Deep familiarity with film, motion, digital, and print production workflows.
• Experience managing premium or luxury brand accounts and their stakeholder expectations.
• Commercial expertise in project budgets, supplier negotiations, cost efficiency, and financial risk management.
• Proficiency with project management tools and digital asset management systems.
• Solid understanding of AI production, Gen AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, and the limitations of AI-generated outputs.
