What you will do
- Coordinate internal communication across creative, account, project management, and other stakeholder teams.
- Communicate with clients through updates, presentations, and status calls.
- Track project assets, deliverable documentation, timelines, and quality assurance.
- Monitor and report client performance and prepare internal reports and business updates.
- Support the Account Management team and help move projects through internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience working with a creative team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
- English proficiency is required for the interview process and resume submission.
