What you will do

• Lead the deployment, configuration, support, and lifecycle management of laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and workplace technology.
• Coordinate enterprise hardware refreshes, office openings, relocations, and technology rollouts.
• Coordinate daily Desktop Services operations, including incidents, service requests, project deliverables, and service-level commitments.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex desktop, printing, endpoint, and critical incident issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Service Desk, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Develop documentation and knowledge articles, analyze recurring issues, and implement proactive solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise desktop and workplace technologies.
• Experience with Windows, laptops and desktops, enterprise printing, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune, MECM/SCCM, Workspace ONE, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate technical activities and projects, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise endpoint refresh or deployment programs.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft endpoint management or workplace technology certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform.
