Location: Fishkill, New York 12524; support is provided both on-site and remotely.

Salary: $52,000 per year.

What you will do

• Assess, diagnose, and resolve employee technology and application issues.
• Research issues across multiple service channels, using documented processes and support tools.
• Escalate technical and procedural issues when appropriate.
• Support employees across headquarters, stores, regional offices, distribution centers, and remote locations.
• Deliver consistent, welcoming service through in-person and virtual support channels.
• Maintain a high level of internal customer satisfaction and productivity.

Requirements

• Experience supporting users in a technology support environment.
• Sound understanding of relevant technologies and application products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues using defined procedures, documented processes, and multiple tools.
• Flexibility to provide both on-site and remote employee support.
• Ability to deliver professional customer service across multiple support channels.
