Technical Services Analyst (IT)

Location: College Station, Texas, United States. Hybrid work may be available based on position eligibility; after training, eligible associates may work from home up to two days per week.

What you will do

• Provide technical assistance to customers and field engineers.
• Troubleshoot computer systems, voice and data networks, proprietary software, and peripheral hardware.
• Resolve technical issues while delivering professional customer service.
• Test PC and server hardware, peripherals, electronic components, and networking appliances.
• Create and modify technical documentation for support staff, installers, and customers.
• Evaluate new devices and help develop hardware testing and production processes.

Requirements

• Technical experience gained professionally or through personal interest.
