What you will do
- Monitor regulatory developments, particularly Swedish gaming regulation and SGA requirements, and assess their impact on operations.
- Support compliance with licensing requirements through regulatory reporting, documentation, licensing administration, and operational follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and maintain policies and procedures covering AML, Responsible Gaming, licensing conditions, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate regulatory reports, audits, due diligence requests, and follow-up actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advise Customer Support, Operations, and Training teams on Responsible Gaming, AML, complaints handling, and regulatory processes.
- Contribute to improving compliance frameworks, processes, and controls across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in compliance, regulatory, AML, Responsible Gaming, or risk-related roles within the iGaming industry.
- Hands-on exposure to Swedish gaming regulation and SGA requirements is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of AML, Responsible Gaming, licensing, regulatory reporting, and compliance monitoring.
- Experience with regulated European gaming markets; exposure to KSA, DGOJ, Ontario, or other regulated jurisdictions is advantageous.
- Ability to manage regulatory documentation, deadlines, reporting obligations, and cross-functional follow-ups with accuracy.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organisation, and judgement in a dynamic regulated environment.
