Line Lead

Location: Jackson, Tennessee, United States; onsite production and warehouse environment

What you will do

• Lead production line staff and coordinate with other departments to achieve production results.
• Inspect products hourly or more frequently for complex or critical jobs.
• Monitor job rates, perform job reconciliation, and process information through computer systems.
• Use the warehouse management system (WMS) and complete all related operational functions.
• Train line workers in production line procedures and responsibilities.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three to six months of related warehouse production experience or training.
• Ability to understand and use WMS, computer systems, quality standards, methods, and reporting.
• Ability to plan production, interpret written and oral instructions, and achieve output through staff.
• Ability to work with plant management and process merchandise through computer systems.
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for the duration of the shift and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
