Partnership Manager (Media)

What you will do

• Drive partnership revenue and deliver multiplatform campaigns across hirify.global’s brands, platforms, and products.
• Interpret partnership briefs, facilitate creative brainstorms, and develop bespoke partnership solutions.
• Create strategic and integrated pitch presentations for agencies and clients.
• Build and maintain influential agency and client relationships while identifying new opportunities.
• Forecast revenue, plan strategies for agency growth, and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
• Manage, mentor, and coach the Partnership Account Manager within the delivery team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a media partnership team with a proven ability to drive partnership revenue.
• Knowledge of all hirify.global brands and platforms.
• Sound knowledge of radio and its commercial opportunities.
• Understanding of commercial challenges and the ability to develop effective solutions.
• Creativity, innovation, willingness to test new ways of working, and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work from Leicester Square, London.
