Account Manager

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; presence at the client's offices required a minimum of 3 days per week, with 2 flexible remote-working days.

What you will do

• Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for assigned projects and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead client status calls, production calls, workshops, presentations, feedback collection, and approval processes.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and oversee creative production, especially video content and packaging artwork.
• Coordinate designers, producers, artworkers, external suppliers, schedules, resources, quality controls, and delivery risks.
• Manage forecasting, budgets, cost estimates, purchase order approvals, spend tracking, and financial reporting.
• Maintain project pipelines and delivery schedules, produce reports, support quarterly business reviews, and identify account-growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of agency account management experience, preferably with FMCG/CPG, consumer brands, or Home and Personal Care clients.
• Hands-on experience with creative production workflows, particularly video production and packaging artwork or print production.
• Proven project management experience covering governance, scheduling, resourcing, risk management, and full project lifecycles.
• Experience managing budgets, cost approvals, purchase orders, financial monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional creative, design, production, and strategy teams, including client feedback loops.

Nice to have

• Experience across digital, print, motion graphics, web, or UX/UI.
• Exposure to on-site or embedded agency models.
• Familiarity with asset-management workflows and production software or tools.
