Business Finance Analyst – Consumer Business Group USAC Area

Location: Onsite at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, US, or the hirify.global Center in London, Ontario, Canada. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Salary: $124,127–$151,710, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Deliver sustainable operating plans and economic profit strategies.
• Participate in monthly rolling estimates, quarterly operating reviews, and quarterly finance reviews.
• Support the Consumer Business Group USAC Area Leader with business model analysis and decision-making.
• Assess business performance and recommend necessary business redirection.
• Improve business processes and connect value-chain components to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Ensure financial and business activities are conducted ethically and legally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least seven years of finance or finance-related experience.
• At least three years of hands-on Microsoft Excel experience creating, cleaning, maintaining, and analyzing datasets using formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must work onsite at least four days per week at the Maplewood or London office.
• Strong financial acumen, communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or graduate degree in Finance.
• Experience with data visualization, data warehousing, and AI-enabled tools such as Power BI and Snowflake.
• Experience applying data, analytics, or reporting capabilities in a consumer-focused business environment.
• Experience working with diverse functional teams and driving change in a fast-paced environment.
