Expert Programmer Analyst Lead (BigID & Data Governance)

What you will do

• Own the BigID Core and Privacy Portal platforms across production and non-production environments.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end platform architecture covering cloud components, on-premises scanners, SaaS integrations, and data flows.
• Design and maintain API integrations and scripting solutions for automated platform workflows.
• Guide data discovery, classification, and scan-result interpretation across Oracle, SQL databases, SharePoint, and other repositories.
• Translate CCPA/GDPR requirements into technical privacy and data governance controls.
• Provide technical oversight to O&M teams and serve as the primary vendor liaison for escalations, roadmap reviews, and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in programming analysis, software engineering, or enterprise platform administration.
• 3–5+ years of experience with BigID or comparable enterprise data privacy and discovery platforms.
• Strong scripting skills and experience designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs.
• 8–10+ years of experience with database concepts, data storage patterns, and repository platforms including Oracle, SQL, and SharePoint.
• Advanced problem-solving, stakeholder management, technical documentation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• 1–2+ years of experience with AWS compute, networking, security, IAM, and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience supporting privacy, data discovery, or data governance platforms in regulated enterprise environments.
