GTM Systems Engineer

What you will do

• Architect, build, and maintain the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, and customer success tooling.
• Design integrations and data flows between GTM systems and the data warehouse using APIs, webhooks, and reverse ETL.
• Build automations for lead routing, scoring, enrichment, territory assignment, and lifecycle stage management.
• Develop AI-powered and scripted workflows that reduce manual work and surface timely signals for sales representatives.
• Maintain data integrity through data models, deduplication, validation rules, and monitoring.
• Partner with RevOps and Analytics on reporting, dashboards, forecasting infrastructure, tool evaluation, documentation, and change management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM systems, business systems, revenue operations, or technical Sales/Marketing Operations at a high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience administering and customizing Salesforce or HubSpot, including objects, flows, permissions, and integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Experience building integrations with APIs and automation platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on scalability, documentation, and clean data.
• Ability to work in a high-intensity, high-autonomy environment and own problems end to end.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with Python or JavaScript.
