Scrum Master (Agile Delivery) (Agile/Scrum): Guiding software engineering teams through agile ceremonies, coaching, impediment removal, and delivery tracking with an accent on team maturity, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable velocity. Focus on facilitating scaled agile collaboration with Release Train Engineers and Product Owners, maintaining delivery metrics, and improving software development practices including TDD and CI/CD.

What you will do
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint demos, and other agile ceremonies.
- Coach teams and organizations on Agile and Scrum practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
- Assess Scrum maturity and help teams improve performance at a sustainable pace.
- Coordinate with Release Train Engineers and Product Owners to align priorities across teams.
- Identify and remove internal and external impediments while building a transparent, collaborative environment.
- Maintain delivery metrics, information radiators, agile tracking systems, and project repositories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–7+ years of total IT or software development experience, including at least 2+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
- Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
- Experience writing, splitting, and mapping user stories, along with knowledge of software development processes, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of relative estimation, retrospectives, and agile release planning.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or Certified SAFe Agilist certification.
- Experience working with Release Train Engineers across SAFe release trains and cross-functional business units.
