Agile Coach Manager

Location: Columbus, OH; office workplace type. Specific flexible arrangements may be provided by the hiring team for eligible positions.

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the adoption and maturation of Agile practices, principles, values, and mindsets across the organization.
• Coach, develop, and mentor Agile Coaches while creating guidance and tools for their growth.
• Assess teams and organizational capabilities, identify strengths and challenges, recommend next steps, and support Value Stream establishment.
• Design and execute coaching engagements for senior leaders, Product Owners, managers, and Agile teams.
• Guide the use of Agile metrics and Objectives and Key Results, including flow metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and work-in-progress.
• Contribute to Value Management Office guidance, policies, standards, training content, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 12 years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with organizational change, executive coaching, value stream mapping, scaling frameworks, OKRs, and product or DevOps mentorship.
• Experience interpreting advanced flow metrics and educating delivery teams on AI and machine learning applications in development workflows.
