What you will do

• Guide and coach Scrum Teams in applying Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Facilitate Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Feature Reviews, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Support teams building and integrating AI/ML capabilities and delivering updated and new functionality.
• Coach teams in self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, domain knowledge, estimation, story splitting, velocity, and retrospectives.
• Resolve impediments with other Scrum Masters and improve Agile practices across the organization.
• Serve as an institutional knowledge resource for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner.
• Experience with business analysis, including requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, Kanban, software development life cycle models, and traditional project management practices.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, including workflows, boards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience supporting PI Planning in a scaled or multi-team environment.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, coaching, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAFe methodologies; certification is a plus but not required.
