What you will do

• Manage approximately $105 million in corporate services procurement spend and report to the Director of Corporate Services Procurement.
• Supervise and support two sourcing specialists in executing category strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Business Units, Operations, Technology, and other functions to assess sourcing needs and develop category strategies.
• Lead global procurement projects, sourcing events, supplier qualification, and supplier agreement negotiations.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, productivity improvements, and actively managed-spend initiatives.
• Conduct supplier business reviews and resolve performance issues through root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and claims management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in procurement, including experience in corporate services procurement.
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams and partnering with senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Strong knowledge of the source-to-contract procurement process and procurement e-sourcing tools, preferably SAP Ariba.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required; ability to travel up to 20%, including internationally.
