Category Specialist - EL AMC Region – Professional Services (AI)

Location: Hybrid; supporting HR and Professional Services categories across the United States, Mexico, and Canada

What you will do

• Support regional and global sourcing strategies with category leadership.
• Purchase materials according to technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and update price lists, terms, and conditions.
• Conduct benchmarking studies for category teams and sourcing initiatives.
• Draft country-level amendments to framework agreements and maintain contract documentation.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or a related field.
• Experience with contract analysis, legal-term negotiation, and supplier proposals.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and digital procurement capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba, Apadua, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree, plus strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
