What you will do

• Develop and maintain category strategies for assigned professional services categories.
• Analyze spend, supplier markets, demand patterns, and market intelligence to identify sourcing opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including requirements definition, supplier evaluation, negotiation, selection, and implementation.
• Negotiate pricing models, service levels, master services agreements, statements of work, rate cards, and other commercial terms.
• Build supplier segmentation, governance, performance, and risk-management models.
• Advise senior leaders and business collaborators while mentoring sourcing colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supplier management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience managing professional services categories such as consulting, contingent labor, recruitment, legal, human resources, marketing, finance, audit, or advisory services.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, facilitation, presentation, and project-management skills.
• Experience using spend analytics, benchmarking, market intelligence, and supplier data to guide sourcing decisions.
• Knowledge of supplier risk, privacy, information security, regulatory compliance, third-party governance, financial analysis, savings validation, and value tracking.
