Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; remote or hybrid. The role can also be performed anywhere in the world under the remote-first policy.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment, from defining hiring needs and search strategies through offers.
• Advise hiring managers on role profiles, hiring priorities, and recruitment decisions.
• Lead searches across marketing and technical functions, including senior, leadership, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build talent pipelines by engaging passive candidates through diverse sourcing channels.
• Use recruitment metrics and funnel insights to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring performance.
• Improve interviewing practices, candidate experience, recruitment processes, and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in product companies.
• Experience hiring across functions and seniority levels, including senior and leadership roles.
• Advanced direct sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise and influence hiring managers.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to connect hiring performance with business outcomes.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience independently owning recruitment for a product, business unit, or hiring direction.
