Customer Service Representative - Netherlands (Medical Devices)

Location: Brunssum, Netherlands; candidates must live in the region

What you will do

• Receive and process product orders by phone, fax, and email within 24 hours.
• Schedule loaner equipment, coordinate surgery coverage, and ensure loaners are returned after surgery.
• Support field sales by obtaining hospital purchase orders and processing proposals and quote requests.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and order issues, and coordinate billing for lost or damaged equipment.
• Maintain customer, complaint, change-order, pricing, terms, and shipping data in accordance with company guidelines.
• Resolve routine complaints and advise Regulatory Affairs about priority complaints or matters involving regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Customer-service orientation, independence, accuracy, and a hands-on approach.
• Ability to develop effective and creative solutions to logistics problems.
• Experience with SAP modules or other relevant software packages and MS Office.
• Residence in the region of Brunssum, Netherlands.
• Ability to work in compliance with FDA and state regulations and standards including ISO 13485.
