Gas Generation Developer

Location: US, Louisville, CO; travel required as projects and business needs require.

Salary: $105,000–$131,325/year, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead natural gas generation project development from site identification through construction support and handoff.
• Develop integrated Powered Land Solutions with commercial, data center, renewable generation, engineering, finance, legal, and construction teams.
• Coordinate siting, fuel supply, interconnection, infrastructure, permitting, engineering, land activities, and environmental diligence.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, financial models, development risk registers, contracts, and project documentation.
• Engage utilities, pipeline operators, customers, landowners, permitting agencies, contractors, consultants, and local communities.
• Support commercial negotiations, project financing due diligence, regulatory engagement, and public meetings.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing at least 500 MW of natural gas generation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, environmental science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of project development, permitting, utility coordination, interconnection, pipeline infrastructure, and commercial contracting.
• Experience with fuel supply strategies, utilities, pipeline operators, or integrated energy infrastructure, plus familiarity with gas generation technologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across technical, commercial, and customer-facing teams while managing multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data centers, large-load customers, Powered Land projects, or similar infrastructure developments.
