Production Assembler, Composite Technician Level I (Aerospace)

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, depending on shift

What you will do

• Perform composite production, fabrication, and assembly according to written work instructions.
• Use basic tools and equipment for sanding, drilling, trimming, and adhesive application.
• Inspect completed work for quality, fit, finish, and compliance with production standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a loud manufacturing environment.
• Meet production goals through reliable attendance, punctuality, efficient work, and communication with supervisors and coworkers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant hands-on manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use tools and perform detailed manual work.
• Experience or ability to perform composite fabrication, sanding, drilling, trimming, assembly, and adhesive-related tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and maintain high quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work the assigned shift reliably and punctually.
• Ability to work onsite in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Nice to have

• Blueprint reading experience.
• Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing.
• Additional experience with composites, fabrication, assembly, sanding, drilling, trimming, or adhesives.
