A&T Technician II - 1st Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY / East Aurora, New York

Salary: $25.00–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform assembly operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators, and systems.
• Carry out high-reliability soldering and wire crimping on complex electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Work from technical drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and related documentation.
• Use electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools, and cleaning devices.
• Perform diagnostic rework and repairs on units that do not meet test requirements.
• Conduct assembly and defined-procedure testing on hydraulic stands and production units.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a related technical field.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or demonstrated ability to follow verbal, written, and computer-based work instructions.
• Ability to understand and apply work instructions and training in English.
• Ability to perform basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Participation in the company's FAA Drug & Alcohol Program is required for safety-sensitive work.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.
