Production Technician I (Advanced Composites)

Location: Amesbury, Massachusetts, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract regulations.

Salary: $22.50–$25.75 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare, mix, and package liquid saturation systems.
• Perform sanding, pressing, finishing, and band saw operations.
• Set up and operate production equipment within an assigned work cell.
• Conduct in-process quality control using measuring devices and perform basic electrical testing.
• Maintain electronic and written production records, material traceability, consumption data, and cycle counts.
• Follow FOD prevention and safety procedures, including PPE, chemical handling, and ergonomic practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and written instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to perform mathematical calculations and read measurement devices.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours per day.
• Manual dexterity, excellent vision, legible handwriting, and clear verbal and written communication.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
