Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Burbank, California, USA. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with shared after-hours on-call emergency maintenance.

Salary: $31–$32 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect and oversee the community, resolve maintenance problems, and perform make-readies and work orders.
• Plan, schedule, prioritize, and estimate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and provide direct supervision to maintenance staff.
• Hire and oversee external professionals such as electricians and plumbers.
• Inspect and maintain heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, and other building systems.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, reporting, KPI validation, safety compliance, and capital project support.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices, with manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong time management, organization, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma.
• Availability for shared after-hours emergency on-call coverage.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRP.
