Maintenance Supervisor (Property Management)

Location: Greeley, Colorado, USA; onsite role at Copper Platte with a rotating weekend and after-hours on-call schedule.

Salary: Up to $30 per hour.

What you will do

• Inspect and oversee the affordable housing community, resolving maintenance issues and coordinating make-readies and work orders.
• Plan, schedule, prioritize, and estimate preventive maintenance and repair work.
• Lead, motivate, develop, and supervise maintenance staff.
• Hire and oversee external electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance professionals.
• Inspect and maintain heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, and other building systems.
• Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, capital project support, monthly reporting, KPI validation, and quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices, with strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management, organization, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma.
• Availability for a rotating on-call schedule on weekends and after hours.

Nice to have

• HVAC, CMRP, or other relevant certifications.
