What you will do

• Administer, patch, sustain, and troubleshoot Hyland OnBase environments across classified and unclassified domains.
• Configure Disk Groups, Document Types, Keyword configurations, storage volumes, and record indexing.
• Design and maintain Unity Forms, including custom logic, validation, and dynamic visibility.
• Build Workflow lifecycles with routing rules, timers, actions, notifications, and conditional logic.
• Configure Document Import Processors, COLD/ERM, and client deployments to automate document intake and indexing.
• Translate stakeholder and mission requirements into scalable OnBase solutions and serve as the primary technical interface.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of hands-on experience as a Hyland OnBase System Administrator.
• Experience with OnBase components, Disk Groups, Unity Client, Web Server, Workflow, Unity Forms, DIP, COLD/ERM, Application Enabler, or WorkView.
• SQL experience for database queries, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• On-site work in Quantico, Virginia, United States.

Nice to have

• OnBase Administrator Series certification.
• OnBase Workflow Administrator Series certification.
• Hyland Certified Developer Specialist Series certification.
• Experience supporting DAF or AFOSI mission applications and users.
