Salary: $68,600–$109,760 annually

What you will do

• Execute purchasing and logistics strategies to optimize supplier cost, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
• Design and implement local sourcing plans for products and materials.
• Support sourcing strategies aligned with current and future business requirements.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability targets.
• Develop suppliers and participate in procurement training programs to support compliance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing industry experience; a master’s degree with at least 1 year of related experience is also considered.
• Experience with sourcing, supplier-base development, category strategies, procurement and materials management, or negotiating procurement contracts.
• Knowledge of commodity cost drivers and supply markets for materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, and zinc.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; SAP experience is preferred.
• Must already have US work authorization permitting employment with hirify.global in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in cost engineering, sourcing, quality, proposals, supplier relations, or electrical and automation industries.
• ISM or CPSM certification.
• Knowledge of procurement tools, quality processes, commercial terms, and standard procurement procedures.
