Senior Analyst Supplier Performance & Risk

Location: Remote - Nationwide, United States; primary location Greenwood Village, Colorado. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $79,400–$112,175 per year, plus potential bonus participation.

What you will do

• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, policies, and service expectations.
• Maintain supplier scorecards, dashboards, reporting, and materials for supplier reviews and governance discussions.
• Identify supplier performance, compliance, operational, and external workforce risks; investigate causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Track corrective action plans and partner with suppliers, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, and business stakeholders on resolution.
• Review contractor, vendor, affiliated entity, regulator, and customer tester access controls and identify process or control gaps.
• Translate performance and risk trends into practical recommendations for supplier quality, risk mitigation, governance, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in supplier management, vendor management, procurement, third-party risk, external workforce operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with external labor, contingent workforce, staffing, or third-party service providers.
• Experience using SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, or similar measures to analyze supplier performance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with contingent workforce or vendor management systems.
• Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks and tools.
• Experience developing supplier scorecards, dashboards, or performance reports.
