Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Bags and Accessories)

Location: United States, Remote

Salary: $164,000–$240,000 USD base salary per year. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Define and execute procurement category strategies, commercial roadmaps, vendor distribution plans, and short- and long-term targets for bags and accessories.
• Own competitive, end-to-end RFP processes, from vendor identification through award, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with international manufacturing partners.
• Build component-level clean sheets, review buy plans, establish scale-costing targets, and negotiate finished-goods and upstream material pricing.
• Partner with material managers, sourcing teams, merchandising, production, technology, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors to optimize cost, availability, quality, and sustainability.
• Deliver a targeted 700-basis-point product cost reduction over the next 12 months.
• Identify value-creation opportunities through verticalization, volume consolidation, and commodity supply-chain strategies, while building an AI agent for systematic RFP scenario analysis.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within consumer goods or retail.
• Proven experience running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and using clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
