Sourcing Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site

Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 per year plus bonus; restricted stock units included

What you will do

• Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Analyze spend, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in category management or procurement focused on indirect or corporate services.
• Proven experience developing category strategies with measurable cost savings.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent spend analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder partnership, and influencing abilities.
• Hands-on experience with P2P systems such as Coupa, Zip, or SAP Ariba.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment.
• Expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories.
• MBA or a relevant professional certification such as CPSM.
