Business Performance Improvement - People & Change AI People Enablement Senior Consultant (AI)

Salary: $104,000–$156,000 annual base salary, plus a 10% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $114,400–$171,600.

What you will do

• Help clients translate AI investments into workforce adoption, redesigned work, and measurable business value.
• Lead workforce readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, adoption diagnostics, and activation roadmaps.
• Design learning journeys, AI Academy content, manager enablement toolkits, and champion or super-user networks.
• Support AI-enabled organization design, role definition, job redesign, workforce transition planning, and human-agent workflow transformation.
• Develop value charters, benefits governance, KPI frameworks, scorecards, business cases, and executive-ready client deliverables.
• Mentor interns and consultants, coordinate project work, manage risks, and build trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in organizational change, workforce transformation, organization design, change management, learning and development, HR transformation, operating model design, value realization, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technology, digital, automation, or AI-enabled transformation programs is strongly preferred.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with organization design, workforce planning, operating model design, job architecture, champion networks, or value governance.
• Familiarity with OrgVue, Celonis, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, Agentforce, or similar AI-enabled work platforms.
• PROSCI, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or a similar professional certification.
