Workplace AI & Microsoft 365 Solutions Advisor

Location: Hybrid in Centennial/Denver, Colorado, United States; Tuesday through Thursday are required office days at the Panorama Office site, with Monday and Friday working from home.

Annual hiring range: $102,900–$148,500.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Workplace AI enablement programs that accelerate practical adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Partner with executives, business leaders, Security, Compliance, and platform owners to identify use cases and align solutions with enterprise guardrails.
• Lead discovery workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Build prompt patterns, agent conversation flows, lightweight integrations, automation patterns, and reusable enablement assets.
• Manage enterprise technical initiatives from discovery through deployment, including solution documentation, architecture options, backlogs, evaluation criteria, and deployment plans.
• Monitor adoption and value indicators such as active use, user feedback, time saved, and progression from prototype to deployment.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, enterprise technology programs, product delivery, consulting, or digital transformation.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or comparable Copilot agent capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Workplace AI, Microsoft 365, Copilot capabilities, and modern productivity workflows.
• Experience managing enterprise technical programs from discovery through deployment across IT, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems, prioritize concurrent engagements, and balance business value, feasibility, risk, quality, and delivery speed.
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence, senior leadership presentation experience, and business-facing workshop facilitation skills.
