Technical Program Manager (Application Security)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work. Applicants permanently located outside Poland may not be considered.

What you will do

• Drive application security programs and initiatives across multiple teams.
• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive them toward resolution.
• Improve program planning, tracking, metrics, reporting, and responsibility assignment.
• Communicate program status and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership while identifying opportunities to automate application security processes with AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including technical program management, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment.
• Strong program, stakeholder management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of software engineering and application security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability to work from Poland.

Nice to have

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications.
