Technical Program Manager, Application Security

Location: Prague, Czechia; hybrid work. Applicants permanently located outside the Czech Republic may not be considered.

What you will do

• Drive application security programs and initiatives across security, engineering, and other stakeholder groups.
• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and related teams.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive them toward resolution.
• Improve program planning, tracking, metrics, reporting, and responsibility models.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate application security processes, including through AI.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment.
• Strong program, stakeholder management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of software engineering and application security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management.
• Experience using AI tools for productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work from the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications.
