Industrial Metrology Leader & Process Owner (f/m) (Aerospace)

hirify.global develops and manufactures commercial aircraft and aerospace systems, with this role supporting its Quality & Manufacturing Engineering organization.

What you will do

• Own the global measurement framework in alignment with ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025, and EASA regulations.
• Lead the Future Metrology project, including the roadmap, budget, and deployment of modernized measurement tooling.
• Manage the Process Management Team across international final assembly lines and manufacturing plants.
• Implement Measurement Decision Rules to reduce technical non-conformities and concessions.
• Represent hirify.global Metrology as a global authority before aviation bodies such as EASA.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, quality management, or a related field with strong precision metrology experience.
• At least 10 years of experience leading complex, large-scale transnational projects autonomously.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 10012, ISO/IEC 17025, and EASA regulatory guidelines.
• Strong executive engagement and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence VP and SVP stakeholders.
• Negotiation-level English is required.

• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
