Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Capital Markets

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay. The role includes travel to university campuses and some evening and weekend hours.

What you will do

• Develop recruitment strategies and sourcing channels for Capital Markets student and early-talent portfolios.
• Source, assess, and advise hiring managers on candidate experience and selection using varied interviewing and assessment methods.
• Manage recruitment operations, including requisitions, job postings, curated resumes, shortlists, offers, and student onboarding.
• Build relationships with business leaders, internal partners, candidates, universities, and student groups.
• Plan and execute campus recruitment, sponsorship, and student-attraction events for Capital Markets programs.
• Support Capital Markets co-op orientation, pre-event communications, onboarding materials, and related transactions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, recruitment operations, talent pipelines, and relationship management.
• Ability to analyze labour market and competitor information and provide hiring recommendations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, initiative, and networking skills.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Availability for some evening and weekend work, travel to university campuses, and a hybrid schedule with 1–3 on-site days per week.
