RX Fulfillment Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States. Work weekdays and weekends from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. CST, with Tuesday and Wednesday off; the position operates 365 days a year, including holidays.

Salary: $20–22 per hour, plus eligibility for a performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Process prescriptions ordered by Teladoc providers accurately and promptly under prescriber and supervisor guidance.
• Support members, providers, and pharmacies through phone calls, emails, and electronic messages.
• Submit prior-authorization requests to health insurance carriers.
• Handle escalated patient and provider calls and work toward appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, manage daily tasks, and meet department performance metrics.
• Protect confidential information and comply with HIPAA and other applicable regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Active national Pharmacy Technician Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license.
• At least two years of experience as a pharmacy technician, medical assistant, or LPN/LVN.
• At least one year of call-center experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology, with strong familiarity with prescription medications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship; hirify.global does not sponsor or transfer employment visas.

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced call-center environment and recognizing when escalation is needed.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, time-management, multitasking, and computer skills.
