Vice President, People Business Partners

Annual salary: $197,500–$276,500 gross before taxes

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the global People Business Partner team.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leaders and align people priorities with business strategy.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design, including skills, capabilities, structures, workforce footprint, and cost.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, performance, engagement, and complex people matters.
• Partner with People Team centers of excellence and business leaders to deliver scalable people strategies and programs.
• Use people data, business insights, and external market information to improve talent decisions and People Team service delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive People experience, including strategic People Business Partner experience.
• 10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep organizational development experience and demonstrated success leading enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience developing team and organizational effectiveness programs and supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integration.
• Strong influence, communication, facilitation, executive presentation, program, and project leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience in enterprise software or a global technology environment.
