Billing and Collections Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid and flexible work environment. hirify.global has offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Tel Aviv.

What you will do

• Review customer agreements and order forms for accurate booking, billing setup, and invoice generation.
• Prepare, issue, and deliver customer invoices while maintaining accurate billing records.
• Manage collections for open and past-due accounts, including customer outreach, follow-up, and payment tracking.
• Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Process billing adjustments, credit memos, cancellations, and account documentation.
• Support month-end close, reporting, account reconciliations, and billing and revenue operations.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in billing, accounts receivable, or collections.
• Strong knowledge of customer invoicing, payment follow-up, account reconciliation, and dispute resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Accounting.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
• Experience with customer invoicing portals and high-volume customer accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
