Reward Advisor (HR Rewards)

Location: Katowice, Poland; onsite. International travel to the UK is required at least twice annually.

What you will do

• Manage job evaluations, salary-range activities, grading recommendations, and pay-positioning guidance.
• Coordinate reward projects, cyclical activities, governance, timelines, stakeholder communications, and escalations.
• Develop global benefits communications and coordinate benefits renewals, providers, documentation, and administration across multiple countries.
• Analyse market intelligence, compensation survey data, reward trends, and pay insights for the Total Rewards Manager.
• Improve reward processes, reporting, data quality, employee communications, and appropriate use of AI tools.
• Act as an escalation point for reward queries and provide framework-based guidance to People Partners.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a Reward role and experience working within a dedicated Reward team.
• Independent experience conducting job evaluations using WTW Global Grading System, Korn Ferry Hay, Mercer IPE, or an equivalent methodology.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market pricing, and salary-range recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, modelling, and work with large multi-country datasets.
• Experience supporting EU Pay Transparency implementation, pay-gap analysis, pay-equity reviews, global benefits renewals, communications, and SharePoint documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and travel internationally to the UK at least twice annually.
