IT Operations / EUC Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own and improve the end-user technology environment, including laptops, mobile devices, corporate accounts, Google Workspace, Slack, and SaaS access.
• Manage IAM, SSO, identity providers, access policies, endpoint security, and device lifecycles across remote and distributed teams.
• Build and automate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning and access revocation.
• Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle replacement processes while standardizing EUC operations and self-service.
• Oversee Service Desk and support operations, ensuring fast and high-quality issue resolution.
• Manage vendors, SaaS providers, licenses, contracts, and managed service relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in End User Computing, Workplace Technology, IT Support Management, Client Services, or Desktop Engineering.
• Hands-on administration experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Experience with IAM, SSO, identity providers, access management, and MDM/UEM tools such as Jamf, Google Endpoint Management, or Workspace ONE.
• Understanding of macOS, Windows, and mobile operating systems.
• Experience with ITSM processes and tools covering incident, asset, and change management, such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.
• Full professional proficiency in Russian and English at B2 level or higher.
