IT Operations Specialist (IT Operations)

Location: Hybrid, City of London, supporting teams in London, Glasgow and Rotterdam.

What you will do

• Manage company Mac devices across deployment, configuration, repair, replacement, secure wiping and disposal.
• Administer Apple Business Manager, endpoint management, patching, device compliance and IT asset inventories.
• Manage user access, SSO, SAML, MFA, emergency administrator access and periodic access reviews.
• Support security incidents, phishing protection, email security, endpoint security and compliance controls.
• Administer office networking, Wi-Fi, UniFi infrastructure, connectivity suppliers and meeting-room technology.
• Investigate recurring issues, support IT projects and migrations, improve automation and maintain operational documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure, IT support or systems administration.
• Experience supporting Apple and Mac environments in a business setting.
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and SaaS application administration.
• Understanding of SSO, SAML, MFA, identity and access management, endpoint security and device compliance.
• Experience with networking, Wi-Fi, connectivity infrastructure, IT vendors and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus or ISO 27001.
