IT Manager (Identity & Security)

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Gush Dan, Israel

What you will do

• Lead global IT operations covering hardware, software, infrastructure, user access, and employee support.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Kandji, macOS, and Windows endpoints, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
• Own employee lifecycle processes, access provisioning, equipment delivery, and day-to-day IT support.
• Manage IT specialists and support technicians, including performance management, mentoring, and team leadership.
• Manage vendors, renewals, cost optimization, A/V and video conferencing systems, and wired, wireless, and virtual network infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, inventories, service metrics, incident investigations, SLAs, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience with at least 2–3 direct reports.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Kandji, Jamf Cloud, Slack, Zoom, and macOS administration.
• Good understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint security, and IT service management.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large organization, including monitoring and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, proactive, and service-oriented skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, AI automation, APIs, or scripting.
• Experience supporting a growing technology company and working with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of ITSM platforms.
• Advanced enterprise network management, including Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VLANs, access points, switches, and firewalls.
