What you will do

• Lead the development and maturity of the Health, Safety & Wellbehirify.global framework, management systems, and governance practices.
• Drive psychosocial risk and hazard assessments, controls, and organisation-wide wellbehirify.global programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen accountability and embed a positive safety culture.
• Oversee workers’ compensation and injury management programs.
• Manage health and safety risks across suppliers, contractors, and third-party engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Health, Safety & Wellbehirify.global, preferably in bankhirify.global, insurance, financial services, or another complex corporate environment.
• Experience with risk management, safety governance, compliance frameworks, policies, and management systems.
• Experience managhirify.global psychosocial hazards and supporthirify.global wellbehirify.global initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence leaders at all organisational levels.
• Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and commitment to safe, healthy, and high-performhirify.global workplaces.
