What you will do
- Lead investigations into theft, loss, misconduct, fraud, and security incidents.
- Identify security risks and implement loss prevention, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Manage relationships with security vendors, law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Advise operational and senior leaders on security, risk, compliance, and incident management.
- Lead security improvement projects involving processes, systems, controls, and technology.
- Deliver security training and awareness programs and support aviation security compliance and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, aviation security, military, or a related field.
- Experience conducting complex investigations and managing security incidents.
- Strong risk assessment, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and external agencies in a complex operational environment.
- Availability for regular national and international travel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Investigations, compliance, or security risk management experience.
- Logistics, transport, aviation regulatory compliance, or air cargo security experience.
- Vendor and contract management experience.
- Knowledge of security technology and physical security systems.
