Adjudication Analyst

Location: Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia; onsite at the client’s site, 8am–4pm, five days per week

What you will do

• Review and process photo-enforcement incidents accurately.
• Apply business rules, procedures, and compliance requirements to determine outcomes.
• Respond to public enquiries clearly and professionally, including complex or sensitive matters.
• Maintain accurate records across business and client systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service expectations while contributing to reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, gaps, or inconsistencies.
• Experience working with defined procedures, policies, or rules.
• Confident professional communication and sound judgement.
• Confidence working with databases, systems, and structured information.
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of work.

Nice to have

• Previous adjudication or enforcement experience.
• Cert IV in Business Administration.
• Experience in administration, government services, banking, insurance, claims, compliance, records, customer operations, or data management.
