What you will do

• Lead the ongoing development of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing framework, management systems, and governance practices.
• Drive psychosocial risk and hazard assessments, controls, and organisation-wide wellbeing programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to strengthen accountability and embed a positive safety culture.
• Oversee workers’ compensation and injury management programs.
• Manage health and safety risks across suppliers, contractors, and third-party engagements.

Requirements

• Extensive Health, Safety & Wellbeing experience, ideally in banking, insurance, financial services, or another complex corporate environment.
• Proven experience with risk management, safety governance, compliance frameworks, policies, and management systems.
• Experience managing psychosocial hazards and supporting wellbeing initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a strong commitment to safe, healthy, and high-performing workplaces.
