BIM Site Coordinator – SDC (Support during Construction)

What you will do

• Lead BIM coordination for SDC during the construction phase and support construction management, trade partners, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the SDC federated model and administer ACC, including project setup, access, permissions, workflows, and issue management.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, distribute design packages, and manage design-to-construction changes and DCNs.
• Manage clash detection, clash reviews, issue tracking, resolution follow-up, and site-based model reviews.
• Ensure design models contain the required Level of Information for the IFC stage and remain structured, current, and usable by the site team.
• Develop Construction BEPs, define contractor deliverables and handover requirements, and support contractor onboarding and setup workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related construction discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering or construction, preferably on medium to large capital projects.
• At least 3 years of BIM experience, preferably in a coordination or site-support role.
• Required exposure to MEP disciplines and strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in a construction-based role is preferred.

• Experience with pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated project environments.
